2 Corrondella Grove, Belmont, Lower Hutt.

This split level box house, I built on my own, it is nestled in native bush with woodpigeons swooping through the trees Bell birds and Tuis singing, it was a great house to build. I enjoyed working with the clients to create their New Home, how they wanted it, paying attention to detail.

The stylish home’s exterior is: Shadowclad painted black with Resene’s cool Colour Paint, double glazed, thermally broken aluminium windows and a very funky green door. Other features include a window seat, floating design decks slotted into the house, tinted strandboard floors and opal colour greka polycarbonate garage lining to allow lights to shine through, creating the “Floating Tree House” effect at night.

A simple, but very effected home was a pleasure to build.

Keith was a lifesaver. We didn’t realise how many decision had to be made. Keith’s knowledge, passion and understanding of building was evident at every turn. Keith’s attention to detail was awesome, we get comments from all our friends about how great the house looks.
